Global Link Digital Technology Co. , Ltd is located in Qi Bao Yi Ding Ind. Area, Wangjiang District, Dongguan City, China. It was established in October 1999, with a total investment capital of 200 million HK dollars. The company area of GLD was occupied around 70,000 square meters in which 35% is virescet.
We are capable to make all kinds of process production, such as injection, silk-screen, spray-painting, SMT, DIP, Bonding, assembly and packing. Brought in the most advanced TV Signal Center and high-tech automatic LCD-TV product lines. We have completed, full line production equipments such as the advanced, high speed label attaching machine of Simens, UP2000 automatic stannum plasma printing machine, assembly and packing lines, Bonding machines, Dual wave soldering machine also the quality inspection equipments. Besides, we have more than 80 sets of 85T-1000T Huada injection machines and also have the spraying lines, movable pad printer, bronzing, etc. GLD already passed the certificate of ISO:9001, 2000.
We have three main departments: Electronic Department, Injection Department and LCD Department.
Electronic department mainly deal with the design and manufacture of IT peripherals. The product lines include MP3 player series, Card-Reader series, mouse series, HDD Enclosure series and wireless skype phone, etc. Own the most effective process and outstanding ability of OEM business we do help many major brands to penetrate Europe and USA market.
Injection Department has 83 sets of Hongkong Huada 85T-1000T injection machine. In order to keep the best cost performance we set up printing section , painting section , bronzing section , lens printing section , mold maintaining section to assure most of the process can be finished in our factory . The current product include mini-components series, USB Hub, Mouse, Portable storage, DVD products, armrest, etc.
We have three advanced automatic LCD TV product lines with annual capacity of 800k sets. We established a strategic alliance with Quanta Group which provide a technology guarantee for the development of our products. Brought in the most advanced TV Signal Center and some related equipment to assure the quantity and quality of our products. Our goal is to become the partner of major TV brands in the world.
